The ETIMAT 10 circuit breaker is characterized by a rated current of 1A and a D tripping characteristic, which means it is particularly well suited for protecting circuits with receivers generating high inrush currents during start-up – such as electric motors. This minimizes the risk of unnecessary tripping of the installation. The two-pole design (2P) allows for the protection of two phase conductors, and the compact dimensions (width 2 modules, depth 68 mm) facilitate mounting in switchboards. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity (Icn) is 10kA at 400V and 230V, and Icu – 15kA at 400V and 230V, which ensures a high level of safety in the event of a failure.
