Functionality and technical parameters

The ETIMAT 6 3P B2 circuit breaker is characterized by a rated current of 2A and a B tripping characteristic. This means that it reacts quickly to current increases, but is more tolerant to short-term surges, which is particularly important when connecting devices with electric motors or other loads with high inrush current. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity (Icn) is 6 kA at both 230 V and 400 V, which ensures effective protection in the event of a short circuit. The circuit breaker has 3 protected poles and is designed for mounting on a TH35 rail with a width of 3 modules.

This circuit breaker is suitable for protecting circuits with lower loads, and the B characteristic provides a quick response to overloads and short circuits, ideal for circuits with receivers with low starting impedance. The high short-circuit breaking capacity (Icn) of 6 kA (230/400 V) guarantees the safety of the installation. Mounting on a TH35 rail is a standard solution that facilitates installation and replacement. The degree of protection IP20 provides protection against accidental contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The possibility of use in AC networks with a voltage of up to 400V and a wide range of operating temperatures from -25°C to +55°C allow operation in various environmental conditions.

The ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker has been designed with ease of installation and use in mind. The possibility of connecting wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm² provides flexibility in the selection of power cables. In addition, the circuit breaker complies with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards, which confirms its safety and reliability. Thanks to its compact dimensions (installation depth: 68 mm), it will work even in limited space in the switchgear cabinet. ETIMAT circuit breakers are compatible with additional equipment, such as auxiliary contacts or overcurrent releases, which allows you to adapt their functionality to the specific needs of the installation.
