The ETIMAT 6 overcurrent circuit breaker is a key element of every electrical installation, providing effective protection against the effects of overloads and short circuits. Functionality and technical parameters

This three-pole (3P) circuit breaker with a rated current of 4A is characterized by a B characteristic, which means it is ideal for protecting circuits with devices with moderate inrush current. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA at 230V and 400V ensures a quick response in the event of a failure, minimizing the risk of damage. The circuit breaker operates in a voltage range of up to 400V AC and has an impulse withstand voltage of 4kV.

The device width of 3 modules makes it easy to install in distribution boards. The ability to connect wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm² (solid and stranded) provides installation flexibility. Operation in an ambient temperature from -25°C to +55°C allows use in various environmental conditions. The degree of protection IP20 provides basic protection against contact and ingress of solid objects.

Installation comfort and additional functions

ETIMAT 6 has been designed with installers in mind. The possibility of mounting auxiliary contacts (PS ETIMAT 10) and an overcurrent release (DA ETIMAT 10) expands the functionality of the device. The circuit breaker allows power supply from the top and bottom, as well as double connection of the insulating busbar – which greatly simplifies the connection process. The contact position indicator and the ability to seal the switching lever increase safety. The "ON/OFF" marking on the lever makes it easy to identify the status of the circuit breaker. Additionally, each circuit breaker has a unique EAN code for easy identification and inventory management.
