ETIBREAK 2 compact circuit breakers are a proven choice for protecting electrical installations. The design of these circuit breakers allows for flexible adaptation to needs, thanks to a wide range of additional accessories – from overcurrent and undervoltage releases, to remote control and motor drives.

Functionality and technical parameters

This three-pole power circuit breaker with a rated current of 125A is designed to operate in AC networks with a voltage of up to 690V and DC up to 250V. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity at 36kA at 400V guarantees a quick and safe response in the event of a failure. Adjustment of the thermal setting in the range of 78.8 - 125A and short-circuit setting from 750 to 1250A allows for precise adjustment of the circuit breaker characteristics to the specifics of the protected circuit. This makes the device perform well with both resistive and inductive loads – including motor starting.

Mounting and additional functions

The EB2 circuit breaker is characterized by universal mounting – it can be mounted directly on the plate or on the TH rail using an appropriate adapter (available separately). Screw connection of the main contacts ensures a secure and durable connection of the wires. The tripping indicator facilitates identification of the device status, and the possibility of using a motor drive expands the functionality of the circuit breaker, enabling remote control. Protection class IP20 provides basic protection against touch and dust. Additionally, the possibility of mechanical locking (using accessories) increases work safety.
