Its B characteristic ensures fast tripping in the event of overloads, while allowing for short-term current surges without unnecessary circuit interruption – which is particularly important when starting devices with motors. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity is 10kA, which guarantees effective protection in the event of serious failures.

The device design allows for connection of conductors with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm², both solid and stranded. Compact dimensions – a width of 2 modules – facilitate mounting in a distribution board. In addition, the circuit breaker has a protection rating of IP20, which protects it from accidental contact.
