Functionality and technical parameters

The KZS-2M circuit breaker is designed for easy installation and use. Compact dimensions (2 module width) allow for efficient use of space in the distribution board. Connection terminals allow connection of wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm², which provides flexibility in choosing the appropriate cables. Additionally, the circuit breaker has a contact position indicator, which facilitates quick identification of the device status – whether it is on or off.

The rated differential current is 0.03A, which ensures effective protection against dangerous leakage currents. AC sensitivity means that the circuit breaker reacts to alternating differential currents, which are the most common threat in electrical installations. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity is 10 kA – a parameter indicating the effectiveness of the device in the event of a short circuit. The circuit breaker meets safety standards and has energy limitation class 3.

Installation and application

The KZS-2M circuit breaker is designed to operate in TN-S, TN-C-S, TT and IT networks, where the neutral and earth conductors may be separated or combined. It is ideal for securing lighting circuits, socket circuits and electrical devices requiring protection against electric shock and damage caused by overloads or short circuits. Thanks to the possibility of sealing the operating lever, the device can be protected against accidental switching on or off by unauthorized persons.
