The KZS-4M circuit breaker is characterized by a rated current of 10A and a C characteristic, which means it is adapted to circuits with devices generating surge currents, e.g. motors. The rated differential current at 0.03A ensures a quick response in the event of a leakage current to earth, minimizing the risk of electric shock. The use of AC technology means that the circuit breaker reacts to differential currents with a sinusoidal waveform. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA guarantees effective disconnection of the circuit in the event of a short circuit.
Installation and application
The KZS-4M circuit breaker occupies 4 modules on a TH35 rail, which facilitates its installation in electrical distribution boards. A wide range of permissible conductor cross-sections (1-25 mm² for solid conductors and 1-35 mm² for stranded conductors) ensures compatibility with various types of installations. The IP20 degree of protection protects against touching with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The device meets the requirements of EN 61009 standard, which confirms its safety and reliability. It is intended for use in TN-S, TN-C-S, TT and IT networks.
