Surge arrester ETITEC C T2 440/20 1+0 RC is a key element in protecting the electrical installation from the effects of lightning strikes and switching surges. The device is designed for installation in sub-distribution boards, providing Type 2 protection in accordance with EN 61643-11. This Class C surge arrester effectively limits the voltage to a safe level, protecting sensitive receivers. It is compatible with various network systems – TN, IT, TN-S and TN-C – making it a universal solution for many installations. The rated AC voltage of 400 V and the maximum continuous operating voltage of 440 V guarantee its effectiveness in standard power grids. Installation is on a DIN TH-35 mm mounting rail, which simplifies and speeds up installation.
