Fuse link for advanced semiconductor protection

The CH10 AR ultra-fast fuse link with a rated current of 25A and a voltage of 600V AC has been specifically designed for protecting semiconductor devices. Thanks to its aR (ultra-fast) characteristic, it reacts instantaneously to overloads and short circuits, protecting delicate electronic components from damage.

Construction and technical parameters

The fuse link with a standard size of 10x38 mm features high breaking capacity - 200 kA for AC and 50 kA for DC. Despite its compact dimensions (37×10×9 mm), it provides effective protection with power losses of only 6W. A breaking Joule integral of 290 A²s guarantees safe circuit interruption even under extreme short-circuit conditions.

Application and compatibility

The product belongs to the Ultra-Quick series from ETI Polam and is used in VLC, PCF, or EFD type fuse-switch disconnectors, as well as in EFH fuse bases. It is intended for professional installation in industrial and photovoltaic installations where rapid response to emergency states is required. In accordance with the IEC 60269-4 standard, it provides the highest level of protection for circuits with sensitive semiconductor elements.

Manufactured by the Polish company ETI Polam, operating since 1997, the fuse link meets the rigorous requirements of European quality certificates BBJ, VDE, NEMKO, FIMKO, and DEMKO. Production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards, which guarantees not only high product quality but also the manufacturer's environmental responsibility.
