The EURA VDP-45A3 ALPHA single-family video door phone utilizes Eura Connect technology and has been designed for users seeking simple solutions for everyday use.

Communication and Access Control

The central element of the set is a hands-free monitor with a 7-inch TFT-LCD color display with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels. The screen provides a clear image suitable for identifying persons and assessing the situation before entering the property. The monitor is equipped with practical adjustment knobs allowing the user to customize conversation volume, screen brightness, and color saturation according to individual preferences.

The device offers 16 different doorbell melodies to choose from, and the ring volume can be adjusted via a switch. The latch activation time depends on the monitor settings, enabling flexible adjustment of the opening time to the type of electromagnetic lock.

Image Quality and Night Functions

The outdoor station is equipped with a 1/4-inch CMOS camera, providing an image resolution of 700 TVL and a horizontal viewing angle of 50°. This configuration allows for effective identification of persons standing at the entrance and monitoring the area around the station.

Special attention has been paid to night functions - the device features 4 infrared LED diodes that automatically activate under insufficient lighting conditions. This enables a clear view of the area around the station even after dark, without the need for additional external lighting.

Weather Resistance and Construction

The outdoor station features a plastic construction with a high protection rating of IP44. Additionally, it is equipped with a practical protective hood that shields the device from direct exposure to atmospheric precipitation. Such construction ensures proper operation of the video door phone even in adverse weather conditions.

The device is designed to operate within a wide temperature range - the outdoor station functions reliably between -15°C and +50°C, while the indoor monitor requires temperatures from 0°C to +40°C.

Power Supply Parameters and Energy Consumption

The system is powered by 12V DC, and the video signal parameters are 1Vp-p at 75 Ohm impedance according to the CCIR standard. The connection between the monitor and the outdoor station is realized using 4 wires, which significantly simplifies installation and reduces cabling costs.

Power consumption has been optimized - the monitor consumes only 2W in standby mode and a maximum of 7W during operation, while the outdoor station requires only 0.2W in standby and a maximum of 5W during active operation.

Functionality and Expandability

The video door phone supports one entrance via a single output relay (N.O. type, maximum 1A at DC voltage). The system allows direct control of the electric strike from the monitor using a dedicated button. It is also possible to expand the installation by adding additional monitors or outdoor stations, making the system flexible for various home configurations.

The set includes all components required for installation: indoor monitor VDA-45A3, outdoor station VDA-78A3, and power supply VZA-63A3. The entire package is contained in a cardboard box with dimensions of 175 × 270 × 115 mm and a gross weight of approximately 850 grams.
