Terminal block LZ in ZU housing is a practical solution for connecting wires in electrical installations of various purposes – from domestic to industrial. The clamp design allows for safe and durable connection of aluminum and copper wires with a cross-section of up to 35 mm², making it a universal element of every electrician's equipment.

Construction and application

The clamp is made of high-quality tinned aluminum, which guarantees good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The polyamide (PA) housing protects the wires from mechanical damage and external factors. The strip is designed for mounting on TH35 (DIN35) rail, but fixed mounting is also possible. Five clamping tracks (3 phases, neutral and protective) allow for comprehensive connection of circuits.

Safety and parameters

The clamp is characterized by a rated voltage of 750V and an allowable current of up to 135A for copper wires. The housing material – flame-retardant UL94 V-0 PA66 polyamide – provides additional safety, minimizing the risk of fire spreading in the event of a failure. Thanks to this, the strip meets stringent safety standards, and its use guarantees the reliability of the electrical installation. The operating temperature of the clamp should not exceed 80°C.
