2-function time relay (2 time settings T1 T2, contact: 2xNO/NC 12-264V PCU-520UNI
Time relay PCU-520UNI is a universal device that can be used in both domestic and industrial installations. It serves to control the timing of various circuits, such as lighting, ventilation, heating or signaling systems. Its main feature is the ability to set two independent times – T1 and T2 – which allows for the implementation of advanced control functions.
Functions and possibilities
The relay offers four operating modes: delayed-off, delayed-on, and cyclic operation (starting with a pause or activation). This allows it to be adapted to specific application needs. The delayed-off function allows maintaining the on state for a specified time after the control signal is lost, while the delayed-on delays the circuit activation after the signal appears. Cyclic modes allow automatic switching of the circuit between on and off states at regular intervals.
It is worth noting the wide range of time settings – from 0.1 seconds to 576 hours (24 days). This allows for precise adjustment of the relay's operation to specific requirements. In addition, smooth time adjustment in the set range provides flexibility and ease of use.
Construction and mounting
The PCU-520UNI relay is designed for mounting on a standard 35 mm DIN rail, which facilitates its installation in electrical panels. Compact dimensions (2 modules – 35 mm wide) allow for efficient use of space. It has screw terminals with a cross-section of 4 mm², ensuring safe and durable electrical connections. The power status indicator (green LED) and contact status indicator (red LED) facilitate monitoring of the device's operation.
The power supply can be realized with AC or DC voltage in the range of 12-264V, which makes it an extremely universal solution. The relay has two changeover contacts (NO/NC), capable of switching currents up to 10A at 250V AC and inductive fluorescent lamps up to 650 VA. The use of contact separation increases the safety of the installation.
