This expansion module, designated FLC18E-4AI-I, is a key solution for expanding PLC control systems with additional analog inputs. Construction and application

The FLC18E-4AI-I module offers four independent input channels, designed to accept current signals in 0...20 mA and 4...20 mA standards. Thanks to this, it can be used to read data from various sensors, such as those measuring pressure, flow, level or temperature (with appropriate transducers). Mounting is done on a standard 35mm DIN rail, which ensures easy integration with the existing installation. The module is powered by a 24V DC voltage, and its power consumption is only 1W – which translates to low energy consumption. The housing with dimensions of 70 x 90 x 60 mm provides compactness and facilitates placement in control cabinets. The IP20 protection class protects against touching with fingers and larger solid objects.
