Protects four circuits in one module

The BZ-4 module allows protecting four independent circuits simultaneously using standard 5×20 mm cartridge fuses. Each has its own LED indicator — the red light illuminates only where the fuse has blown, greatly simplifying quick fault diagnosis without checking all terminals.

DIN rail mounting and easy wire access

Mounted on a 35 mm rail, it occupies exactly 2 module spaces in the distribution board. Screw terminals accept wires with a cross‑section of 2.5 mm² — no need for ferrule sleeves. The tightening torque is low, and access to the terminals enables easy installation even in densely packed panels. The enclosure material — duroplast — provides durable insulation and resistance to temperatures from –25 °C to +50 °C.

Indication of operation, but not physical disconnection

The LED indicates a blown cartridge, but does not mean physical disconnection of the circuit. A small current (up to 3 mA) may still flow through the diode, sufficient to keep control LEDs or other loads below 10 W powered. This is not a fault — it is by design. In applications with very small loads (e.g., sensors, controllers) remember that voltage may still be present at the output after the fuse has blown.

For the installer — clarity and compatibility

Cartridges can be selected in the range 0.1 A – 6.3 A — both fast‑acting and time‑delay types. Rated voltage 250 V AC/DC allows use in both DC and AC circuits. The hinged fuse holder enables easy replacement without tools. The grey colour matches most standard distribution boards.

No additional closing plate is required — the enclosure is sealed and provides IP20. No special tools or qualifications are needed — a screwdriver and basic safety knowledge are sufficient.
