Bistable group relay with memory – reliable lighting and device control

The BIS-412M-24V relay is an electronic switching element designed for use in group systems, ideal for applications in public buildings, hotels or commercial facilities. It allows you to control lighting or other devices from multiple points, providing convenience and flexibility. Its bistable technology construction guarantees maintaining the last state after a power failure – useful in situations requiring maintaining the set configuration. DIN rail mounting simplifies installation and integration with existing electrical infrastructure.

Functionality and application

The BIS-412M-24V relay offers two control modes: local and central. Local control allows you to turn the receiver on or off using momentary (bell) button pulses. Central control allows you to simultaneously turn all receivers connected to the relay group on or off. This solution is particularly useful in large facilities where central lighting management increases comfort and energy efficiency. Thanks to the contact position memory, after restoring power, the device returns to the state it was in before shutdown.

Construction and parameters

The relay is mounted on a standard 35mm DIN rail and occupies one module (18mm), which allows you to save space in the switchgear cabinet. The power supply in the range of 9-30V AC/DC ensures compatibility with various voltage sources. The switching contact with a load capacity of 16A (AC-1) allows you to control most standard receivers. An important feature is the signaling of the operating state using LEDs – green indicates the presence of power, and red indicates the switching contact is closed. It should be remembered that the BIS-412M-24V model does not work with backlit buttons due to the low supply voltage.
