Single-phase motor inverter – control and speed regulation
This 2.2 kW single-phase inverter is designed to control AC motors with a starting capacitor. It enables smooth speed regulation in the range of 0 to 400 Hz, which translates into precise adjustment of the machine's operation to specific needs. This solution is used both in industry and in residential and commercial buildings.
Functionality and possibilities
The inverter offers a wide range of functions that increase its versatility and facilitate integration with various systems. The ability to change the motor's direction of rotation allows for flexible use in various applications. The built-in PLC mode allows programming up to seven operations to be performed sequentially or cyclically, which automates processes and increases efficiency. Modbus RTU communication via the RS-485 port allows for remote monitoring and control of the inverter's operation in industrial networks.
Additionally, the inverter is characterized by high torque at low speeds, which is particularly important in applications requiring high starting force or operation under variable load. The great freedom in programming digital and analog inputs and outputs allows the inverter to be adapted to specific installation requirements. The relative tolerance of the mains voltage is 15%, and the mains frequency – 5%, which ensures stable operation even with voltage fluctuations.
