Universal rectifier bridge for powering DC devices

This single-module rectifier bridge, known as MPG-03, is a compact solution for converting alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC). The device is particularly useful in automation and control systems where a DC power supply is required for low-power devices, and only AC voltage is available. Thanks to a wide input voltage range – from 12V to 48V AC – this bridge offers great flexibility in application.

Construction and functionality

MPG-03 uses a Graetz circuit to efficiently rectify AC voltage. A built-in filtering capacitor with a capacity of 940µF smooths out the output voltage ripple, providing a more stable power supply to connected devices. An LED indicates the presence of output voltage, which facilitates diagnostics and control of operation. Mounting on a standard TH-35 (DIN) rail takes up only one module (18 mm), allowing you to save space in the distribution box. Screw terminals with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² ensure secure and convenient wire connections.
