Temperature transducer max-mb-tc-1 for use with K, J, E, N, T, S, R, B thermocouples. MAX-MB-TC-1
Universal temperature transducer with a wide range of applications
The MAX-MB-TC-1 temperature transducer is a reliable device designed for precise temperature measurement based on signals from various thermocouple types – K, J, E, N, T, S, R and B. This makes it a universal solution for both professional automation system installers and end-users who need accurate temperature measurements in various applications. The device measures the temperature of the hot junction (thermocouple) and the cold junction, allowing for obtaining absolute and relative values.
Flexibility and functionality for demanding applications
The MAX-MB-TC-1 features the ability to configure up to 4 independent alarms. Each of them can be set with hysteresis in the range of 0÷256°C and two triggering modes: reaction to exceeding the set temperature or to its decrease. This provides flexibility in adapting the device to the specific needs of the monitored installation. Communication is via the RS485 interface with the Modbus RTU protocol, enabling easy integration with control and monitoring systems. Mounting on a 35mm DIN rail ensures convenience and speed of installation in switchboards and control cabinets.
Solid construction and reliability
The transducer is characterized by a solid construction – it occupies only 1 module (18mm) and is protected to IP20 degree. It operates in a wide range of ambient temperatures (-20÷50°C), which guarantees its reliability even in harsh industrial conditions. Manufactured by the renowned company F&F Filipowski sp. j., it meets high quality standards confirmed by the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Therefore, investing in MAX-MB-TC-1 is a guarantee of long-term and trouble-free operation. The MB Config service program allows for test reading of measured values and basic parameter settings of the transducer - a USB/RS-485 converter is required for communication.
