Modular contactor ST25-20-M contacts 2NO I=25A 230-240V AC
Modular contactor for controlling electrical circuits
The ST25-20-M modular contactor is a reliable device designed for remote switching of electrical circuits, especially those with higher loads. Its compact design (2 modules) allows for easy mounting on a standard TH 35 mm rail in a distribution board. An additional actuator on the housing allows for manual control of the contacts, which is extremely useful during maintenance or installation work, enabling safe and convenient switching of circuits on or off without having to disconnect the power.
Construction and functionality
This contactor is characterized by two normally open contacts (2NO), making it an ideal solution for controlling single-phase receivers such as lighting, heaters, motors or pumps. The rated operating current is 25 A (AC-1), which allows switching significant loads. The device is powered by 230 V AC. The operating mode switch offers three positions: “I” (manual on), “Auto” (automatic control) and “O” (manual off). The "I" position with locking allows the contacts to be maintained in the closed position regardless of the coil status.
Application and benefits
The ST25-20-M contactor finds wide application in both domestic and industrial installations. Its modular design facilitates integration with existing distribution boards, and quiet operation ensures comfortable use. Thanks to the possibility of manual control, the installer can easily perform tests and configure the circuit, and the end user is assured of safe and reliable operation of the device. The degree of protection IP20 provides basic protection against touch and contamination. The rated insulation voltage is 500 V AC, and the impulse voltage 4 kV – guaranteeing safety of use in various conditions.
