Panel-mount AC voltage relay with Modbus RTU, voltage measurement 0÷400V AC DMV-1AC-MBT
Voltage meter with Modbus RTU interface
This AC voltage relay, model DMV-1AC-MBT from F&F, is designed for precise measurement of AC voltage in the range of 0÷400V AC. The device combines voltage monitoring functions with Modbus RTU communication capabilities, making it an ideal solution for both automation system installers and end-users who need remote data reading.
Versatile application and functionality
The DMV-1AC-MBT meter is not only a voltmeter, but also a device equipped with two programmable alarms. Each alarm has adjustable lower and upper thresholds and hysteresis, allowing for precise adjustment to specific application requirements. The alarms control two relays with changeover contacts, enabling signaling of exceeding set values or initiating appropriate safety procedures. The LED display provides a clear reading of measured values, and the galvanic isolation of the measurement channel guarantees safety and reliability of measurements in various working conditions.
Construction and mounting
The device is designed for panel mounting in an enclosure with dimensions of 72 × 36 × 72 mm. A mounting hole with a diameter of 66 mm × 66 mm ensures easy installation. The IP20 protection class protects the device against touch and ensures safe operation in an environment with limited exposure to moisture and dust. Screw terminals allow connection of wires with a cross-section of up to 1.5 mm², and the tightening torque is 0.4 Nm. The device's power consumption is only 2W, which translates to low energy consumption.
Modbus RTU communication
The Modbus RTU interface enables integration of the meter with SCADA systems, PLCs and other devices equipped with this popular communication protocol. Adjustable data transmission rate (1200÷115200 bit/s), data bits configuration (8), stop bits (1 or 2) and parity (EVEN / ODD / NONE) allow you to adapt the communication parameters to the specifics of the network. The device address can be set in the range of 1 to 247.
