Time relay PCR-513 single-function - reversing (delayed energization), contacts: 1P, 24V, I=10A, 1 module PCR-513-24V
Time relay for automation and control
This single-function PCR-513 time relay with delayed-on function is a reliable solution for time control in a wide range of applications – from industrial automation to home installations. It will be useful in ventilation, heating, lighting or signaling systems. Its compact size (1 module) makes it easy to mount on a standard 35 mm DIN rail, and the universal 24 V AC/DC power supply provides flexibility in choosing the energy source.
Functionality and operating parameters
The relay operates on the principle of delayed-on – after applying the supply voltage, the contact remains in the output position, and after the set time elapses, it switches. This allows for precise control of the operating time of connected devices. The adjustable time range (from 0.1 seconds to 576 hours) allows you to adapt the device to specific application needs. The status indication of activation (red LED) and power supply (green LED) make it easier to monitor the operation of the relay.
The relay is characterized by a single switching contact with a load capacity of 10 A at 250 V AC, which allows you to control various loads, including incandescent bulbs (up to 1500 W), compensated fluorescent lamps (up to 650 VA) and inductive fluorescent lamps (up to 650 VA). It also provides contact separation, which increases safety. The contact configuration is 1NO/1NC – one normally open and one normally closed contact, which provides additional flexibility in designing control circuits.
Mounting and application
The PCR-513 relay is designed for mounting on a DIN rail, which makes it easy to integrate with existing electrical installations. Screw terminals with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² ensure a secure connection of the wires, and the tightening torque of 0.4 Nm guarantees the stability of the connections. The device operates in a wide temperature range (from -25°C to +50°C) and has a protection class of IP20, which means protection against touching with a finger and solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. It is a solid and reliable device created by F&F Filipowski – a renowned manufacturer of electrical automation devices.
