Rainwater level control relay two-state PZ-829RC-WD
Rainwater level control relay – reliable installation protection
This two-state relay is designed for precise control of rainwater level, ensuring optimal operation of rainwater harvesting and utilization systems. The device allows maintaining the proper water level in the tank, protecting against overfilling or excessive emptying. Thanks to adjustable sensitivity, the relay can be adapted to specific conditions and the type of probe.
Functionality and application
The PZ-829RC-WD relay finds application in both domestic and industrial installations where automatic liquid level control is essential. It can be used to control pumps, solenoid valves or alarm systems. Working with PZ2 probes, it ensures reliable operation and long-term use. Electrode probes are connected using wires with a cross-section of at least 0.5 mm², and their maximum length can be 100 meters, providing great freedom in installation.
Technical characteristics and construction
The device is characterized by high quality and durability. Mounting on a standard 35 mm rail facilitates installation in electrical panels. Compact dimensions (3 modules – 52.5 mm) allow for efficient use of space. The relay has two independent circuits with NO/NC relays with a maximum load current of 16 A each. The probe terminals are isolated from the network by a transformer, which increases safety. Sensitivity adjustment in the range of 1÷100 kΩ allows for precise tuning of the device to specific needs. The switching delay for the MIN point is 1÷2 s, and for the MAX point up to 5 s – these parameters minimize the risk of unwanted on and off switching. The device's power consumption is only 1.1 W at a supply voltage of 230 V AC. The relay operates in a wide temperature range from -25°C to +50°C and has a protection class of IP20.
