12-way manifold with shut-off valves, with fittings, stainless steel INOX SN-RO12S
Manifold for central heating and domestic hot water systems
Manifold made of stainless steel, designed for efficient distribution of the heating medium in central heating and DHW systems. Made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-lasting, trouble-free operation. Model SN-RO12S is a 12-way version, ideal for more extensive heating systems. The design is intended for easy installation and maintenance, which will be appreciated by both professionals and end users.
Construction and functionality
The SN-RO12S manifold consists of two bars with a diameter of 1 inch, made of stainless steel. The set includes all the necessary elements for complete connection: steel brackets ensuring stable mounting, shut-off valves on the supply and return bars allowing precise flow control in individual circuits, and automatic air vents and rotating drain valves facilitating installation maintenance. Brass plugs and G1/2 nipples with fittings for 16x2 mm multilayer pipe are also included – all to simplify the installation process.
- AISI 304 stainless steel: provides high corrosion resistance, even in harsh operating conditions.
- Shut-off valves: allow isolation of individual heating circuits for repairs or maintenance without having to shut down the entire system.
- Automatic air vents: remove air from the installation, which increases its efficiency and prevents problems with underheated radiators.
- Rotating drain valves: facilitate draining water from the installation during maintenance or failure.
- Fittings for multilayer pipe: allow quick and tight connection to the existing installation.
- Complete set of steel brackets: ensures stable and safe mounting of the manifold.
Application and benefits
The SN-RO12S manifold is used in various heating systems – from traditional radiator installations to modern underfloor heating systems. Thanks to its design and materials used, it guarantees reliable operation for many years. This is particularly important in underfloor heating systems, where precise flow control is crucial for achieving optimal thermal comfort. Additionally, the ability to isolate individual circuits makes it easier to diagnose potential faults and save energy by turning off heating in unused rooms. The solid construction and high quality of workmanship translate into a minimal risk of failure and a long service life of the device – which is important for both installers (fewer service interventions) and end users (lower operating costs).
