Heating manifold – precise regulation and durability

This brass manifold, designated N-RZP13S, is a key element of an efficient heating system – both underfloor and traditional. Designed to distribute hot water in central heating (CH) and domestic hot water (DHW) installations, it allows for independent temperature control in individual circuits. The construction of high-quality brass guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.

Functionality and ease of use

The manifold is equipped with 13 outlets, allowing connection to thirteen heating circuits. Flow meters are located on the supply rail, allowing precise flow regulation in the range of 0-2.5 l/min. This allows you to adjust the amount of heat supplied to each room, optimizing thermal comfort and reducing operating costs. The return rail has thermostatic valves with knobs for manual adjustment – with the possibility of later mounting M30x1.5 thermoelectric heads for automatic temperature control. Additionally, the set includes bleed and drain assemblies with an automatic air vent and a drain valve with a brass hose end – facilitating maintenance and removing air from the installation.

Installation and compatibility

The set also includes G1/2 nipples with fittings for multilayer pipe 16x2 mm, which facilitates quick and easy installation. The standard 1” thread size ensures compatibility with most heating installations. Solid steel brackets guarantee stable mounting of the manifold. The device is adapted to work with both water and 50% glycol, which increases its versatility.
