GPA III 25-6-180 has been designed with attention to detail, using high-quality materials. The durable cast iron housing and the PPE polymer impeller reinforced with fiberglass ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The ceramic shaft and bearings guarantee smooth operation and minimize the risk of damage. The copper winding of the electric motor with class H insulation provides resistance to overheating, and the condensation protection allows operation in a wide temperature range. The standard port spacing of 180 mm and the G 1 1/2” connection facilitate the installation and replacement of the pump in existing installations.
Flexibility and control
The key to the efficient operation of the pump is its advanced control system. As many as 11 operating modes are available, including automatic mode, proportional mode, constant pressure and external PWM control. This allows for precise adjustment of the pump's performance to the current needs of the installation and operating conditions. The multifunctional display informs about the flow rate, power consumption and any errors, providing full control over the operation of the device. High energy efficiency (EEI ≤ 0.20) translates into lower operating costs and a reduced environmental impact. The pump can operate with water and glycol mixtures (up to 50%), in the temperature range from +2°C to +110°C for water and from -30°C to +110°C for glycol solutions.
