Differential gravity valve 5/4 inch ZR2
Gravitational differential valve – reliable operation in heating systems
The gravitational differential valve with a diameter of 5/4 inch (1 1/4 inch, 32 mm) is an element used to protect the installation against backflow in heating systems, especially in combination with stoves and boilers. Its design based on the principle of gravity ensures automatic shut-off of the hot water supply when the temperature in the installation drops below the set level. This is a simple yet effective solution that allows for optimization of system operation and increased efficiency.
This valve is characterized by its versatility – it can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, providing a great deal of freedom during installation. Made of durable materials, it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. A key element is the rubber ball, which ensures tightness and smooth operation of the valve. The maximum operating temperature is 110°C, and the maximum working pressure is 0.7 MPa (7 bar).
The valve has external cylindrical gas threads (BSPP) with a diameter of 1 1/4 inch on both the first and second connection sides. This allows for easy and quick connection to other elements of the heating installation. Thanks to this, the installation is simple and does not require specialized tools.
- Automatic flow shut-off: Protects the installation against backflow of hot water.
- Universal mounting: Possibility of installation in vertical or horizontal position facilitates adaptation to specific conditions.
- Durable construction: Guarantee of long-lasting and trouble-free operation.
- Tightness: Rubber ball ensures a tight seal of the valve.
- Easy installation: BSPP threads allow for quick and simple connection to other installation elements.
