Characteristics and application

This valve, with a nominal diameter of 1 1/4 inch, combines a cylindrical BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) internal gas thread on one side and a cylindrical BSPP external gas thread on the other. This configuration allows for universal use in various types of installations – both new and modernized. It will be useful in heating, water systems, as well as in compressed air or glycol installations. The full-bore design minimizes flow resistance, which translates to efficient system operation.

Operating parameters and materials

The valve is designed to operate at a maximum pressure of PN 32 and a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C. The brass CW617N-4MS used is nickel-free, which is important for the quality of drinking water and the safety of the installation. Therefore, it can be used in underfloor heating systems and sanitary installations without fear of negative impact on user health.
