Ball valve with union and screw, with lever, 1/2 inch, F-Power KFPS11
Ball valve with union and threaded connection with lever is a reliable solution for precise flow control in installations. Made of high-quality brass CW617N-4MS, it is characterized by reduced lead and nickel content, making it safe for health and the environment. The full bore design minimizes flow resistance, ensuring optimal system performance.
This model, with a nominal diameter of 1/2 inch, has an internal BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) threaded connection on one side and an external BSPP threaded connection on the other. This allows for easy installation in various configurations. The lever with screw provides convenient and precise operation, as well as the ability to adjust the seal pressure. The valve is suitable for use with water, glycol (50%), compressed air and other non-aggressive media.
The use of high-quality PTFE seals guarantees tightness and long-term reliability. The PN 32 pressure class allows operation in systems with increased pressure, up to 32 bar. This valve will work in both domestic and industrial installations – wherever reliable operation and durability are required. Thanks to the gland, it is possible to precisely seal the valve stem, which further increases its tightness and lifespan.
- Versatility: Suitable for use with water, glycol and compressed air – ideal for a variety of applications.
- Durability: Made of CW617N-4MS brass with reduced lead and nickel content ensures longevity and corrosion resistance.
- Tightness: PTFE seals and gland guarantee reliable sealing and no leaks.
- Convenient operation: The lever with screw enables smooth and precise flow regulation.
- Safety: Absence of nickel ensures safe use, especially in sanitary installations.
- Pressure resistance: PN 32 pressure class allows operation in systems with increased working pressure.
This valve complies with ISO 228-1 standard for BSPP cylindrical gas threads, ensuring compatibility with other installation elements. The operating temperature is in the range of -30°C to +120°C, allowing its use in a wide range of environmental conditions. The product is covered by a 10-year warranty on tightness – proof of high quality workmanship and component durability.
