Construction and application

The filter has a nut-to-nut connection with an internal cylindrical BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) gas thread with a nominal diameter of 4 inches (DN100). The stainless steel AISI304 filter mesh with a mesh size of 1.44 mm² effectively captures solid particles. It can be used with water and water-glycol solutions (up to 50%), making it a universal solution for various heating and cooling systems. The filter design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance - simply unscrew the body to access the filter cartridge.

Worth knowing: CW617N-4MS brass is characterized by a reduced content of nickel and lead, which is important from the point of view of environmental protection and user health.

The filter operates at a nominal pressure of PN 16 (16 bar) and a maximum operating temperature of 120°C.
