Time relay 80.01.0.240.0000 is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications in automation and control. This modular time relay offers six time scales, from 0.1 seconds to 24 hours, allowing for precise setting of the operating time for various circuits and devices. The ability to choose from AI functions (operation after set time), DI (on for set time), SW (symmetric cyclic operation), BE (delayed disconnection), CE (delayed on and off) and DE (on for set time with START signal) provides flexibility in adapting the device to specific application requirements. Additionally, the pulse shaping and pulse activation function expands its range of applications.

The use of a universal supply voltage (12…240 V AC/DC) eliminates the need for additional transformers or power supplies, simplifying installation and reducing costs. The 1P 16A 250V AC relay output allows control of various loads, such as lighting, heaters or fans. Mounting on a 35mm DIN rail ensures easy and quick installation in control cabinets and switchboards.

Construction and parameters

The relay is characterized by compact dimensions – width 17.5 mm, height 88.8 mm and depth 60.8 mm – which allows it to be installed even in limited space. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures durability and reliable operation in various environmental conditions. Screw connection guarantees secure and safe electrical connections. The time setting range is from 0.1 to 86400 seconds (24 hours). The relay has one delayed switching contact (1 NO). The minimum control pulse is 50 ms and the return time is only 100 ms, ensuring a quick response to control signals.
