Air and dirt separator – protection for heating and cooling systems

Flamcovent clean Smart is an air and dirt separator designed to effectively remove micro-air bubbles and harmful sediments from water in heating and cooling systems. This device, with a nominal diameter of 1 1/4 inch, is a key element protecting boilers, pumps and other installation components from damage caused by contaminants. Its compact design and low weight facilitate installation even in tight spaces.

Operation and construction

The Flamcovent clean Smart separator utilizes a principle of operation based on magnetic force and partial flow, ensuring high separation efficiency. Water flowing through the device is subjected to the action of four neodymium magnets, which capture iron particles. Additionally, a special design forces a change in the flow direction, which promotes the deposition of other contaminants in the pressure chamber. A built-in automatic air vent effectively removes accumulated air from the installation. A drain valve allows for easy emptying of the sediment chamber. The device can be mounted in both horizontal and vertical positions.
