The Flamcovent clean Smart air and dirt separator is a reliable solution for closed heating and cooling systems. Design and operating principle

Flamcovent clean Smart utilizes a combination of several operating principles to provide comprehensive cleaning of the heating or cooling medium:

• Chimney effect: Enables effective removal of air from the top of the separator.
• Magnetic force: A built-in magnet captures magnetic particles, such as rust or metal shavings.
• Partial flow: Part of the medium flows through a special chamber where heavier impurities settle.

This combination ensures effective removal of both fine and larger impurities, as well as air, which negatively affects system performance. The drain valve makes it easy to periodically empty the separator of sediment.
