Universal solution for modern heating installations

The VarioCon Design two-pipe connection system is a professional H-type radiator connection, specifically designed for bottom-fed radiators in bathroom and decorative installations. The product features a chromed finish and an integrated thermostatic valve with an M30x1,5 mm size, which enables precise temperature control within the heating system.

The system is characterized by a movable structural element, which allows for flexible connection in both straight and angled configurations. Thanks to this solution, the installer can adapt the mounting to the specifics of a particular installation without the need for additional intermediate components.

Technical parameters and performance

The connection operates in a temperature range of 0-110°C at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar, making it suitable for most standard central heating installations. A Kvs value of 0.56 ensures optimal flow of the heating medium through the radiator.

An axis spacing of 50 mm is a standard size used in most modern bathroom radiators, guaranteeing compatibility with a wide range of models available on the market. Control elements are located on both the left and right sides of the connection (left and right H control element), allowing for universal mounting regardless of the installation configuration.

Application and system compatibility

The product is designed exclusively for two-pipe systems, where it ensures optimal distribution of the heating medium between the supply and the return. The 3/4 inch Eurocone allows for connection to standard compression fittings commonly used in heating installations.

The thermostat connection direction is universal - mounting is possible on both the left and right sides (Left and right), providing additional flexibility during installation design. The system is not suitable for single-pipe systems or for cooperation with filling/drain valves.

Installation and system regulation

The set includes a pre-setting key, which enables precise flow calibration before putting the installation into service. The product does not include a thermostatic head - it must be purchased separately from available models with M30x1,5 mm mounting.

Chromed F11 or F3 connectors, which can be purchased separately as elements to expand the functionality of the entire connection set, are also compatible with the complete system.

The system does not have a decorative cover or a return temperature limiter - it focuses on technical functionality while maintaining an aesthetic chromed finish of the external surface.
