The VPC XXL flexible connector is a reliable solution for connecting sewer pipes made of various materials – cast iron, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), stoneware, concrete, and fiberglass (GRP). Thanks to its wide range of outer diameters, from 1040 to 1090 mm, it allows for efficient and safe connection of pipes with different structures – both smooth, corrugated, or ribbed.

Using this connector guarantees the tightness and durability of the connection, even in the case of pipes with different parameters. The VPC® XXL connector design allows for a diameter reduction of up to 50 mm, which increases its versatility and allows it to be adapted to existing infrastructure. The reduction process takes place evenly around the entire circumference, and the articulated middle part allows for independent adjustment on both sides of the connector.

Construction and advantages

The connector consists of several key elements: an adjustable sealing collar made of elastomeric rubber, a centrally positioning basket made of plastic, and two clamping bands made of high-grade stainless steel. This combination ensures not only tightness but also flexibility and resistance to loads.
