Bivalent heat exchanger 720l SGW(S)B TOWER BIWAL with two spiral coils, enameled, hard polyurethane foam 70mm, skay, vertical freestanding 26-709000N
Bivalent heat exchanger for comprehensive water heating
This hot water heat exchanger from the Tower Biwal series is an advanced solution for heating domestic hot water, utilizing energy from various sources – both from the central heating boiler and from solar collectors. The construction with two spiral heat exchangers ensures efficient heat exchange and maximum utilization of available energy. A tank with a capacity of 720 liters is suitable for both single-family homes and multi-family buildings or public utility facilities.
Construction and application
The SGW(S)B Big Tower Biwal 700 heat exchanger is an enameled tank characterized by high corrosion resistance thanks to the use of EXTRA GLASS enamel. Insulation with 70 mm thick rigid polyurethane foam minimizes heat loss, which translates into energy savings. The housing made of skay provides an aesthetic appearance and additional protection. The possibility of mounting an electric heating kit expands the functionality of the device, allowing independent water heating if necessary.
- Two spiral heat exchangers: Provide a large heat exchange surface and efficient use of energy from various sources (solar collectors and central heating boiler).
- EXTRA GLASS enamel: Guarantees high corrosion resistance and long tank life.
- Polyurethane foam insulation: Reduces heat loss, lowering operating costs.
- Skay housing: Provides an aesthetic appearance and additional protection against mechanical damage.
- Possibility of mounting an electric heater: Allows independent water heating, which is particularly useful during transitional periods or in the event of a failure of the main heat source.
- 720 liter capacity: Optimal amount of hot water for larger families or facilities with increased demand.
Operating parameters and installation
The Tower Biwal heat exchanger is designed to operate at a maximum water temperature in the tank of 95°C and in the heat exchangers of 110°C, with a maximum working pressure of 1 MPa (both for the tank and the heat exchangers). The applied construction solutions ensure safe and reliable operation of the device for a long time. Installation requires proper preparation of the installation and compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations regarding anti-corrosion protection (magnesium anodes). Remember to regularly check the condition of the magnesium anode to ensure long-term protection against internal tank corrosion.
