Comprehensive heating system for the home – heat pump Prima 12GT

The PRIMA 12GT C250/110 heating kit is a modern solution for comprehensive building management, combining heating, cooling and domestic hot water preparation. The system is based on a monobloc heat pump Prima 12GT, a combined tank SG(K) Complete 250/110, an electrical kit with a 2kW heater and a three-way valve. This is a ready-to-install kit that allows you to use renewable energy and reduce operating costs.

Performance and efficiency

The Prima 12GT heat pump is characterized by high performance and reliability. COP level of 4.95 (A7W35) guarantees efficient heating even at low outdoor temperatures – the device operates reliably down to -25°C. The maximum temperature at the outlet of the heat pump is 65°C, which ensures thermal comfort in every room. Modulated heating power, thanks to the use of a dual inverter compressor (twin rotary), allows for precise adjustment to the building's demand and optimization of energy consumption. The device has an energy class of A++ (A7W55) and a Keymark certificate, which qualifies it for maximum subsidies under the Clean Air program.

Intelligent control and user comfort

The Prima 12GT kit offers advanced control and monitoring capabilities. A touch screen controller with room thermostat function and daily and weekly schedule allows you to adjust settings to individual user needs. Fast domestic hot water heating in TURBO mode provides access to hot water in a short time. Additionally, the system is compatible with the Smart Home Sinum Lite application, allowing remote control of heating, cooling and other home functions from a smartphone or tablet. The application offers a full reproduction of the heat pump controller menu and easy configuration of operating modes. A service account is available for installers to remotely manage all installed heat pumps.

SG(K) Complete combined tank – space optimization and circuit independence

The kit includes a SG(K) Complete 250/110 l combined tank, which combines the function of a 250 l hot water exchanger and a 110 l central heating buffer in one device. This design saves space and ensures independent operation of two heating circuits – domestic hot water heating and building heating/cooling. The tank is insulated with polyurethane foam to minimize heat loss, and the internal ceramic enamel and magnesium anodes protect against corrosion. The possibility of installing an additional electric heater increases the flexibility of the system.
