Combined tank for heat pumps – an optimal solution for efficient heating

This SG(K) Complete 250/110 l combined tank is a combination of a 250-liter domestic hot water heat exchanger and a 110-liter central heating buffer in one unit. It is a comprehensive solution that allows for efficient heating of water and rooms, especially in buildings with air source heat pumps. The design allows for independent operation of two heating circuits – the preparation of domestic hot water is not dependent on the boiler water temperature.

Construction and application

The device consists of a buffer located in the lower part and a domestic hot water tank with a Maxi spiral coil with an area of 2.9 m² placed above it. This configuration saves space and simplifies installation. The tank is insulated with polyurethane foam, which minimizes heat loss. The DHW heat exchanger is coated with EXTRA GLASS® ceramic enamel and equipped with two magnesium anodes, providing effective protection against corrosion. Additionally, it is possible to mount an electrical kit on the flange or plug as an additional source of domestic water heating.
