Construction and safety features

The Tower Grand heat exchanger is characterized by a solid construction made of ceramic-enameled steel using the wet method – EXTRA GLASS®, which provides a durable protective barrier against corrosion. Additional protection is provided by two magnesium anodes, which protect against electrochemical corrosion. Insulation made of polyurethane foam and skay covering minimize heat loss, ensuring long-lasting temperature maintenance and reducing operating costs. Hydraulic connections located at the back of the device facilitate installation and access to installation elements, and covers for heat pump sensors and a coupling for a circulation pump increase user comfort.

Performance and application

The key to the high efficiency of the Tower Grand heat exchanger is the enlarged spiral coil with a surface area of 1.4 m². It allows for efficient heat collection from the heat pump, as well as fast heating of domestic hot water. The heat exchanger power at temperatures of 80/10/45°C is as high as 44.8 kW, which guarantees high efficiency even with high hot water consumption. The possibility of installing an electric heating element (optional) allows for the use of an additional heat source if necessary. Thanks to this, the Tower Grand heat exchanger is a versatile solution, adapted to different operating conditions and user preferences.
