The PRIMA 12GT G300 B60 heating kit is a ready-made solution for comprehensive building management, combining heating, cooling and domestic hot water preparation. The system is based on a monobloc Prima 12GT heat pump, working with a SGW(S) Tower Grand 300 DHW heat exchanger, SG(B) 60 buffer tank and a three-way valve with actuator. The Prima heat pump is distinguished by its high efficiency – COP of 4.95 (A7W35) – and reliable operation even at very low outdoor temperatures, down to -25°C. Modulated heating power, thanks to the use of a dual rotary inverter compressor (twin rotary), allows for precise adjustment to the building's heat demand and optimization of operating costs. The device reaches an output temperature of up to 65°C, which guarantees thermal comfort even on the coldest days. The use of the environmentally friendly refrigerant R32 minimizes the impact on the environment.

Intelligent control and easy operation

The Prima system offers an intuitive control panel with a room thermostat function and the ability to remotely manage it using the Smart Home Sinum Lite application. The application allows full control over underfloor heating and radiator heating, cooling, ventilation (heat recovery), lighting and other smart home functions. Additionally, a version for installers and service technicians is available, making it easier to remotely manage devices for customers. Fast domestic hot water heating in TURBO mode is another advantage of this system.
