The MAG-3/DN50-BIO shut-off valve is an actuator for the Active Gas Installation Safety System of type GX, designed to automatically shut off the gas supply and minimize the risk of explosion in gas installations. It is particularly dedicated to working with biogas from landfills or wastewater treatment plants, but it will also work in standard installations. Its construction allows for safe use in potentially explosive atmospheres, in accordance with the ATEX Directive.

This valve finds wide application in systems protecting gas installations in boiler rooms, public buildings, and external gas metering and reduction stations.
