Gas detector DG-31/N-Nstd organic compounds, field calibration, p-p sensor DG-31/N-NSTD
Gas detectors – reliable protection against hazards
This gas detector is designed for continuous monitoring of organic compounds in the air. This is a key solution to ensure safety in industrial areas, closed rooms and anywhere where there is a risk of gas or flammable and toxic liquid leaks. The device signals exceeding the permissible norms, warning of a potential hazard.
The DG-31/N-Nstd detector uses a semiconductor sensor, which ensures high sensitivity and measurement accuracy. The device's design allows for easy replacement of the sensor module, which significantly reduces operating costs and simplifies the calibration process. The ability to select the appropriate sensor allows you to adapt the detector to specific application needs.
Functionality and application
The DG-31/N-Nstd detector is compatible with threshold control modules of the MD-1 and MDP-1 series, which enables integration with existing alarm and control systems. The device has two alarm thresholds, which are set during production, ensuring a quick response in the event of a dangerous gas concentration being detected. Optical signaling informs about the operating status of the detector and exceeding the alarm thresholds.
The application of the detector includes, among others:
- Monitoring gas concentrations in industrial plants
- Atmosphere control in closed rooms (boiler rooms, laboratories)
- Detection of gas leaks in industrial installations
- Ensuring safety in technological processes related to organic substances
Construction and characteristic features
The DG-31/N-Nstd detector is characterized by a solid construction and high reliability. The housing made of a durable material protects the internal elements from mechanical damage and external factors. A splash-proof sensor cover ensures proper operation of the device even in difficult environmental conditions. The dimensions of the device are 110 x 140 x 55 mm, which facilitates mounting in various locations. The detector is powered by the system, eliminating the need for additional power sources. The device is calibrated in its own GAZEX Calibration Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees the accuracy and reliability of measurements.
