Gas detector WG-20.EG/A24 CO+NO2, calibration 30/60/150ppm CO+ 3/6/15ppm NO2, p-p + electrochemical sensor, 24V power supply
Gas detector – reliable protection and air quality control
The WG-20.EG/A24 gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) concentrations in enclosed spaces. It finds application in garages, underground car parks, vehicle inspection stations, car workshops, warehouses and logistics centers. Its main task is to ensure safety by early detection of dangerous gas levels and activation of appropriate alarm or ventilation systems.
Precise measurement and versatile application
The device uses electrochemical gas sensors, which guarantees high selectivity and measurement accuracy. The detector is factory calibrated to operate in the range of 30/60/150 ppm for CO and 3/6/15 ppm for NO2, which corresponds to European safety standards. This ensures reliable data and effective protection against hazards associated with the presence of these harmful gases. The built-in microprocessor takes care of stable operation, thermal compensation and event archiving, and also enables testing and calibration without the need to open the housing.
Design and installation – durability and ease of use
The WG-20.EG/A24 detector is characterized by a one-piece, splash-proof design (IP54), which ensures its durability and resistance to environmental conditions. All terminals are removable, which facilitates the connection of stranded wires. The device is powered by 24V DC voltage, and its compact dimensions (80 x 195 x 68 mm) allow for easy installation in various locations. Importantly, all GAZEX detectors are calibrated in an accredited laboratory, which confirms their reliability and measurement accuracy – compliance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (accreditation PCA No. AP150).
- Three alarm thresholds for CO in accordance with PN-EN 50545-1:2012 – ensure an appropriate response to changing gas concentrations.
- Three separated outputs with a configurable common contact – allow connection of various alarm devices or ventilation control.
- Possibility of using output A3 as a fault signal or control of an additional set of signaling units – increases the functionality of the device and adapts it to individual user needs.
- Replaceable gas sensor – reduces operating costs and ensures easy device maintenance.
- Automatic calibration - eliminates the need for manual adjustment and ensures continuous measurement accuracy.
