Functionality and application

The device operates on the principle of cyclic measurement of carbon monoxide concentration in the air. If the permissible norms are exceeded, both optical and acoustic signaling are activated, warning users of a potential hazard. Additionally, the detector has control outputs that can be used to automatically activate ventilation systems or other safety devices. Thanks to the replaceable module with a semiconductor sensor, the maintenance and recalibration of the device are simple and economical.

Construction and characteristic features

The WG-22.NG detector is distinguished by a solid construction made of high-impact ABS, providing resistance to mechanical damage and splash-proofness (IP43). The built-in microprocessor guarantees stable operation and thermal compensation of measurements. The device is fully automatic - it does not require any adjustments or operation by the user. It has a contact output indicating a detector failure or lack of power, as well as a 12V= alarm output for connecting external signaling devices. It is worth emphasizing that all GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own laboratory accredited in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, which confirms their high accuracy and reliability of measurements. 230V power supply ensures easy installation in standard electrical installations.
