The WG-8R8.EG/A gas detector is a reliable device designed for continuous monitoring of carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration in various spaces. Application and functionality
The device is designed to operate with a 12V power supply, providing flexibility in choosing the installation location. Thanks to the possibility of calibration at levels of 1000/1400/1800 ppm, the detector can be adapted to the specific requirements of a given environment. A built-in microprocessor ensures stable operation, thermal compensation, and the ability to test and calibrate without opening the housing. An alarm signal informs about exceeding the established CO2 concentration thresholds, and control outputs allow integration with ventilation systems or other safety devices.
Construction and operation
The detector is characterized by a solid, splash-proof housing (IP54), which ensures its durability even in harsh working conditions. A replaceable gas sensor facilitates maintenance and reduces operating costs. The device is fully automatic – it does not require adjustment after installation. Additionally, all GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own laboratory accredited in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (accreditation PCA No. AP150), which guarantees the reliability of measurements. Thanks to this, both installers and end-users can be sure about the accuracy of the detector's readings.
