The Geberit AP140 concealed cistern is a solution designed for both private and high-traffic applications. It is characterized by quiet operation and a dual flush system, allowing for economical water consumption. The cistern design is intended for easy installation and maintenance, and its versatility makes it suitable for many bathrooms.

Construction and Functionality

The AP140 cistern is made of high-quality plastic, guaranteeing its durability and resistance to damage. The low installation height makes the cistern discreet and does not disrupt the aesthetics of the bathroom. Available water connections from the left, right side, and from the rear center facilitate installation in various configurations. The cistern cover is attached from the side with screws, simplifying access to the interior for servicing. The included shut-off valve provides additional safety and control over water flow.

The cistern offers two flushing modes – full (6/9 liters) and reduced (3-4 liters), allowing you to adjust the amount of water used to your needs. The factory setting is 6 and 3 liters, but these ranges can be modified. Thanks to Dual Flush technology, it is possible to reduce water consumption without losing flushing efficiency. Additionally, the cistern has anti-condensation insulation, which prevents condensation from forming on the surface of the tank.

Installation and Compatibility

The set includes all necessary mounting elements: angle valve R 1/2", cistern bend with dimensions 23x23 cm (diameter 50/44 mm), gasket, and fixing materials. The cistern is compatible with various types of drives – electric and pneumatic, providing great freedom in choosing the control system. The possibility of connecting water from the side or the rear makes it easy to adapt to the existing plumbing installation.
