Quiet and efficient internal drainage

This Geberit Silent-db20 series drain trap is a key element of a drainage system, designed for acoustic comfort and durability. Made of polyethylene (PE), it provides reliable wastewater drainage in residential and commercial buildings while minimizing flow noise. It is ideal for places where quiet operation of the installation is required, such as apartments, hotels or offices.

Design and application

The drain trap with a nominal diameter of DN 150 and an outer pipe diameter of 160 mm has a characteristic shape of a tee with a 90-degree elbow. It is equipped with a round inspection opening with a diameter of 110 mm, allowing easy access to the inside of the drainage system for cleaning and maintenance. Welding/fusion sockets ensure tight and durable connections with the remaining elements of the system. The length of the drain trap is 139 mm.

It is used in low-noise internal drainage, and its resistance to abrasion and UV radiation guarantees long-term operation even in difficult conditions. The EPDM gasket further increases the tightness of the connections and prevents leaks.
