This Geberit Duofix concealed frame is a comprehensive solution for mounting a washbasin and wall-mounted tap. Designed for durability and ease of installation, it will work well in both new bathrooms and during renovations. The frame's construction allows for aesthetic concealment of installation elements, leaving only the washbasin and fittings visible.

Construction and functionality

The frame is characterized by a self-supporting, static frame that has been protected against corrosion by powder coating. This guarantees a long service life even in humid bathroom conditions. The extendable sheet metal allows for stable mounting on various types of walls – metal, wood or Geberit Duofix structural elements. Rotatable feet facilitate mounting in U UW 50 and UW 75 profiles, and their tool-free mounting in Geberit Duofix system rails significantly speeds up work. The mounting legs are galvanized and non-slip, which further increases the safety and stability of the entire structure.

The adjustment of the height of the connection plate for the tap fittings and the distance between the washbasin fixings (5–38 cm) allows the frame to be adapted to different models of washbasins and taps. The set also includes elements for MasterFix and MeplaFix water connections and acoustically insulated mounting of the drain elbow – all to ensure quiet and trouble-free operation of the installation.

Installation and user comfort

The frame is equipped with a universal mounting box for Geberit washbasin taps, which is factory-mounted. The box includes integrated shut-off valves and a connection terminal for the electrical connection, simplifying the connection of the fittings. In addition, pre-mounted protective glands protect the connections from mechanical damage. Thanks to this, the installation is efficient and safe, and access to the control elements is easy if servicing is required.
