Construction and properties

The pipe is characterized by a three-layer structure (PP-C / PP-MD / PP-C), which affects its stiffness and acoustic properties. Nominal diameter DN 100 and outer diameter 110 mm make it compatible with most standard drainage systems. Wall thickness of 3.6 mm ensures mechanical strength and resistance to loads. Circumferential stiffness class SN4 guarantees stability and long-term use.

The pipe has a pipe end and is prepared for connection with a push-fit socket, which facilitates assembly and ensures the tightness of connections. Water content is 8.3 l/m, which is typical for pipes of this diameter. The coefficient of thermal expansion at 0.08 mm/(m.K) should be taken into account when designing the installation, especially in places exposed to large temperature fluctuations. Additionally, the Silent-PP HT pipe is resistant to weather conditions and can be stored outdoors for up to two years without losing its properties. The EPDM seal further increases the tightness of the connections.
