This short sanitary elbow from the Silent-db20 series is designed for internal drainage systems where noise reduction is key. Made of high-quality polyethylene (PE-S2), it provides a durable and tight connection of installation elements. An angle of 88.5° makes it ideal for changing the direction of pipes in tight spaces.

Construction and installation

The elbow has plastic spigots designed for welding/buttfusion, ensuring a secure and durable connection with the other elements of the Silent-db20 system. Both connection 1 and 2 with a diameter of 63 mm (DN 60) and a working length of 70 mm facilitate quick and precise installation. The wall thickness of the connections is 3.2 mm, which affects the mechanical strength of the elbow.

It is worth emphasizing that the polyethylene (PE) material is characterized by high tensile strength, which translates into the reliability of the entire installation. The lack of seals eliminates the risk of their damage and the need for replacement in the future. The elbow is supplied in a raw state, ready to be integrated with the Silent-db20 system.
