The Gebo DS 2/5" repair clamp is a reliable solution for the quick repair of damaged sections of steel pipes. It allows for effective sealing of holes, cracks, corroded areas and leaks resulting from, for example, frost – without the need to cut, weld or thread the pipe. This saves time and costs, while ensuring the reliability and tightness of the connection.

The DS clamp is made of durable ductile iron, which guarantees its durability and resistance to external factors. The set includes an EPDM rubber gasket, which ensures excellent adhesion and tightness even with minor losses in the pipe. This makes the clamp suitable for a wide range of applications – from minor mechanical damage to more serious leaks in water and compressed air installations.

Construction and assembly

The construction of the Gebo DS clamp allows for easy and quick assembly. Simply place the clamp on the damaged section of the pipe and tighten the screws to ensure a tight connection. The two-part construction of the clamp makes it easy to adapt to different diameters of steel pipes (in this case 2/5", i.e. approx. 76.1 mm). The use of high-quality materials and precise workmanship guarantee reliability and long-term use.

The DS clamp is intended for use with steel pipes conforming to DIN EN 10255 and DIN EN 10220 series 1 standards. The maximum working pressure for water is 16 bar at a temperature of up to 60°C or 6 bar at a temperature of up to 90°C. The product has a hygiene certificate B-BK-60210-1123/19, which confirms its safety for water installations intended for human consumption.
